It started out with flat nasty beer from the tap.  They gave us another beer bottled when we complained which was fine.  Then my boyfriend had a staple in his food and the manager did not even bother to come over.  He made the poor waitress deal with it.  Then they gave us credit for his food but I could not eat my lunch either I was so grossed out.  We will NEVER go back.  If the manager showed just the slightest interest it may have been different. He just sat at the corner of the bar and did nothing.

Horrible! Seat yourself, so we did. Nobody came to our table to give menus or take drink order. Waited 10 minutes and asked bus bit for menu. Still no waitress, although she serviced others sitting near us in the front window section. 15 minutes after being there, still no waitress but finally a menu, all the while people coming in after us are being served drinks. 20 minutes of being ignored, we left. Never again, and this was our 5th trip to this restaurant, but never again!  Went to The Green Front and had a fabulous meal!

Staff is incredible. The bar was very busy and that one lone bartender was flying up and down the bar. But the wait was short and she knew whose turn it was next. I didn't have to ask for another because she saw my glass was empty.

Everything was excellent the atmosphere great however they lose a star because it took a little too long to be served after we ordered bur I had a great time there. Worth the wait.

Middle of the road with quality and service.

Update:

Every time I come here I feel like it's the slowest service in town.  

Yep . Fifty minutes for a burger that was made by placing cheese on it, then dumping three tablespoons of cajun seasing on it. They forgot my salad.
