They flavor the food thoroughly. This is what I dine for. The spiciest dishes I've had at Flavors satisfied my piquant appetite enough. It's a lovely restaurant, and it's better than India House, so I'm not sure why people aren't filling up the place.

Amazing selection of dishes in Buffet menu. I did not know about this restaurant even though I have been staying in Rochester for around 6 years and have been exploring Indian food all around. They have definitely the best buffet to offer in Rochester

Went on a Saturday and had an delicious lunch buffet that cost us less than $40 for 4 people (before tax and gratuity). There are options for people who eat plant-based/vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free. If not sure, just ask them. The decor was simple, walls clean and with new/current paint, and the bathroom (ladies, for certain) clean (and not cold!). Suggestions: For more authentic ambience, play actual Indian music and maybe even have some smell of incense or Indian spices. Easy to find, but we used the Google maps.
