Even though the customer service may not be top notch as described below, I purchased a beautiful pair of earrings at a very affordable price! I've received many compliments on them and I just bought them yesterday. Being from NYC, I can appreciate that the owner was not lurking behind me trying to coax me into buying something. I was able to look around and enjoy the beautiful merchandise. I plan to stop in again the next time I'm visiting New Paltz.

Do not shop here the owner is very rude! I have been in the store shopping the the owner was behind the counter and was very rude to me! I would never shop here ever again nor would i ever recommend this store to ANYONE!!! BEWARE...,with the way our economy is the owner should have been happy i was in her store shopping! VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS!

A bracelet was purchased as a gift and it broke, just needed to be re strung. Took it back after 2 months of long distance phone calls and left messages with no returned calls, drove back to pick it up and it was in the same zip lock we gave it to her in never touched. Why not just tell me you couldnt or didnt want to fix it from the start and save me the two 1 hour drives, long distance phone calls and aggravation. Maureen has got to be the worst business woman in history. I feel for her staff that has to continue to field the calls and try and apologize for her lack of concern. I will never, ever set foot in that shop again. It wont be long that it will be closed. Cannot do business like that and make a profit, the word gets out. Dis-satisfied Lynn
