The food is really good here, and the atmosphere of the dining area is relaxing.  The staff were very friendly and they helped me choose something to eat for breakfast.  There are so many things to choose from!

The food gets 5 stars.  The employees get 0; but since I couldn't give 0, I gave a 1.  I have walked in there on 3 different occasions and 5 people behind the counter act like I'm invisible.  You would think I would have learned to not go in a 3rd time after being completely ignored the first 2 times.  I gave it a 3rd try because they really do have great cakes and pastries.  The employees' attitudes are the worst - they need a course in CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I typically enjoy this place but one incident left me with a change of heart. I ordered a special cake for my 30th Birthday and had it specially made exactly how I wanted. When I got there to pick it up which was a very late in the evening pick up, they said my cake was damaged and wasn't able to be sold. I had to pick a cake out of the case which was very disappointing considering mine was made a certain way and they should have caught this hours before, I called the manager to report the incident several times which all they did was give me a $10 gift card which I didn't feel it justified the Situation!
