Cakes are great as with all their locations, but customer service was horrible. I usually go to the one in Rogers, Arkansas, so this was the first time I have been to this location. Girl, who looks like a teen, asked if I wanted my receipt, I said yes. I started to open the box to check what I ordered as I do AT EVERY SINGLE PLACE I GIVE MONEY TO, and she looks at me like I’ve committed some crime, THEN I watch her throw my receipt away. I ask her for my receipt and she looks at the trash can and another girl, who also saw she threw it away, immediately went to print me another receipt. I don’t know what that was all about but I will not be ordering here again.

These cakes are crazy good. They're so moist and rich. And they're pretty affordable. A small, personal size cake is less than 4 dollars. Great flavor selection.

I tried samples of several of their cakes at an office function yesterday and they were all very good. The red velvet was phenomenal. It and the vanilla were my favorites.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!  COULD'NT HAVE COME AT A BETTER TIME. MY GRANDAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY IS TODAY AND SHE HAS BEEN HANGING OUT AT WORK WITH ME! I WAS THINKING I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN HER A CAKE! AND JUST AT THAT MOMENT MR JOHN BURGESS INTRODUCED HIMSELF FROM NOTHING BUNDT CAKES. AND LEFT SOME FOR US TO TRY! WOW! THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS, WE ALL LOVED EVERY BITE! YUM!
