I am so disappointed in my visit to Edgar’s at the Colonnade today.  I ordered the Lifelong salad expecting the delicious and healthy salad I had gotten two months ago and as described on the menu.  There was no kale, no healthy “soft” lettuces as listed in the description on the menu.  Instead I was given almost a whole plate of iceberg lettuce with a slice of Brussels spout with black on the tip.  I took my plate back to the front and the salad was remade with romaine lettuce, a tiny bit of kale (I knew kale was in it because there were bits of kale stalk with black ends I pulled out of the salad.). The salad, when made according to the description on the menu is delicious.  Today it was not made according to the description and the greens were not fresh.  This is the first time I have ever gotten a disappointing item from Edgar’s.

SMBC the church I work for introduced me to the amazing cakes from here. I bought my daughter a Red Velvet cake for her birthday. She loved it. I heard everything is wonderful here. It's very true! Thanks Edgar's.

I Had the pastry’s before. Wanted to stop and check the place out for myself. As for service It was 30 minutes before closing and I felt rushed. Pretty sure my treat is still going to be good though.

Awesome bakery! I ordered brownies for a bridal shower and they cut them up in individual servings upon my request. Very pleased!

Preordered dessert.  Order was incorrect.  Waited 30 minutes for correct order.  Cake was dry. I won't return.
