I placed an order in early January for delivery on Valentine's Day, more than a full month in advance, to be delivered to a location that is less than 10 minutes from this store according to Google. I couldn't get an answer for phone calls for the first 9 hours of business as the line was always busy or off the hook. The online delivery status was never updated throughout the day. I finally got through around 6:30 (30 minutes prior to closing) and was told my order was ready and being loaded by the driver for delivery. 7:30 - no delivery. 8:30 - no delivery. The kids are now in bed, and wouldn't get their Valentine's Day gift. 9:30 - still no delivery. There was no answer at either the local store or 800 number. I was not called or emailed about any problems or delays with the order. I placed the order from out of state, so pick up was not an option.  I have not received a cancellation or refund notice although it has been requested, so I filed a claim with my bank to dispute the charges. The local store was still advertising Christmas specials on the voice service. Don't waste your time or money with this store.

Horrible service! I will never order from this place again! I had to pick my delivery up... when I got in there, there were about 10 other ppl complaining. On top of that that place smell like wet mops that say around for days. I even heard a employee tell a female that she can't order anything because she needed to get the Valentine's day orders out. Not to mention they had the phones off the hook... I called 28 times and kept getting the busy signal. The employees looked liked they just walked in off the streets straight to the cash register. Like Michael, (the manager) called his cousins in to help him because he was so busy. One female had a bandana on her head. If thou continue to let situations like this represent you Edible Arrangements as a professional business... I'm sure there doors will be closed soon.

I ordered a delivery today, and had some issues for the recipient being home. This store not only provided me excellent service, but was very nice and understanding about it. This was so nice for me, and convenient to send some love, being 1400 miles away. Thank you Edible Arrangements at Good Middling Drive. Ya'll are awesome.

I placed a order today and spelled my wife name out twice and they still spelled her first and last name wrong and the girl that took my order spoke english so there was no excuse I called to inform them and they told me sorry for the mistake so i asked for some type of discount or something for their mess up and the store manager said no so i was like wow ok dont order from here

An order was placed and after waiting all day and calling they claimed no order was found.  The confirmation number was given to them all of a sudden the order was there.  They said that they will deliver it anytime till 9:00 pm.  After several calls they said it could be between 9:00 pm till midnight mi d you they are closed.  No one showed up with the delivery.  Horrible service.
