Story

Edible Arrangements® of Hope Mills is owned and operated by proud military family, Clinton and Diane Dawkins. This location was established in April of 2011. We originated from our former store in Lumberton, NC. We are now located in the great and beautiful city of Hope Mills, NC, right next to Millstone14.

Stop in for Edible to Go® products including fresh fruit smoothies, fruit salads, and chocolate Dipped Fruit™.

We have a variety of irresistibly fresh products including handcrafted fruit bouquets, gourmet chocolate Dipped Fruit™ and a dozens of fresh fruit treats.

Tried to surprise my husband with the new grill arrangement, they delivered it to my husband not even ARRANGED. When I spoke with them they said that it does not get delivered like the photo, and that it just gets placed inside the grill. NO WHERE DOES IT STATE THIS WHEN ORDERING! They offered to resend it ARRANGED ONLY IF I brought then the original grill..SMH! It's called edible Arrangements for a reaaon...THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE ARRANGED...! THANKS FOR RUINING MY HUSBAND'S SPECIAL DAY!

Very unprofessional! I called to order they said their system was down that I should go online to order, I went online and placed my order days in advance for supervise for my friends 60th birthday.... only to be very disappointed when they delivered the arrangements days late and had called my friend in advance to let him know he had an order coming and that it was late…. What kind if surprise is that? They are very unorganized, why would you take orders that you cannot fill? I will NEVER order for this place again…

So I placed an order to send my mom Edible Arrangements for Mother's Day. The morning of Mother's Day, I called just to see if I could get an estimate or time frame of what time the delivery would be made. The woman on the phone told me that there was no way she could tell me (which was perfectly fine) because I understood that it was Mother's Day and that they had to be extremely busy. I then asked her what time did they stop delivering that day and she told me 10pm. I waited all day for my mom to call or text me letting no she received the delivery - and nothing. Finally, it was about 9:30pm and I called my mom and asked if she had gotten her package. When she said no, I still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait 30 more minutes assuming that she was the last delivery. Still, 10pm came around and nothing. No phone call, no email, no delivery... nothing. I live all the way in Hawaii which means I didn't get to see my mom on mother's day AND now (Thanks to Edible Arrangements) she didn't get anything from me either. The reasoning behind why the staff didn't even have the decency to call me and let me know they weren't going to be able to make the delivery AT ALL was beyond me. To top it off, When I talked to a woman at the store the next morning and asked her why the delivery wasn't made, she very nonchalantly said "Oh we had too many orders that day". Excuse my language but WHY THE HELL WOULD TAKE THE ORDER IF YOU COULDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH WITH IT. I am so beyond mad at this company and the poor customer service I received. I will NEVER be using Edible Arrangements again.

I've been here twice and the same 2 women were working both times. They are very unprofessional and act like it's a burden when you order anything. Very poor customer service!

Twice I have used this place, they ruined both occasions. Here it is 10pm on mothers day and I still.have not gotten my basket I paid 100 dollars for and additional 14$ for dilvery. The first attempt with this store was during valentine's day. I will never use them again. I called today and they said they ran out of strawberries how can a store, which knows it's orders for the weekend run out of stuff, additonally, lack the professionalism to call a customer to let then know. I recommend not using this store even if means you have to go pick it up somewhere else. Senior management needs to come down and clean house. Poor quality fruit and poor quality staff. Smh
