The food: Cheese board was amazing(something about a truffle cheese) - loved it! The sous vide duck is fantastic, I highly recommend it. They also had a fine wine selection and I enjoyed a decent Bordeaux on this night though probably not worth the price. Things to consider: We sat in close proximity and being Tampa the more that door opens you might as well be out side. This made a sport coat on that summer night a particularly bad idea. It’s an older looking interior but I think that’s the whole point and part of the appeal but that didn’t help my ultra perspiring self. It’s fast-paced at dinner time and highly recommend making a reservation on the weekends. The menu is what it is, and that said, if you’re looking to dine in an establishment where servers fawn all over you... this isn’t the place. However if you’re just looking to have great food and drinks then head over to this lab - they’re all about food and drinks.

Simply amazing. You know you've made a great decision as soon as you sip your first cocktail. Expertly hand crafted that either take you back in time to the Prohibition Era or something modern and fun. The bone marrow appetizer was delicious and highly recommend it. The Korean Fried Chicken and Waffles was a real treat and should be ordered if it's your first time. Try the Royal Tokaji dessert wine with Sugar Crusted Butter Cake. Looking forward to our next visit.

This place will offer you a food experience you won't forget!! The menu changes daily with a few staple items that are always available. The menu item descriptions may be confusing based on uncommon ingredient pairings, but you won't be disappointed! Ask your server, they will gladly steer you in the right direction. A few outstanding staples on the menu are the Potato Crusted Oysters, Korean Fried Chicken and Waffles and you MUST save room for the Sugar Crusted Butter Cake because this desert is absolutely incredible!

Great food. Grouper is the best i have had ever. So fresh. Service perfect. Well decorated. Unfortunately, so noisy it was hard to hear the conversation at our booth.

Wow! is the appropriate word for this fine establishment. They serve up some of the finest handcrafted cocktails in an environment that is cozy and refined. My fiancé and I enjoyed two wonderful drinks crafted from the imaginations of the knowledgeable staff and a cheese board that was delicious and satisfying. There is no doubt that we will definitely return to Edison when we're in the area!
