I was hesitant to talk to an advisor at all until we met and spoke with Dawn.  Many people don't realize this but it's a free service and Dawn was super willing to help.  Melissa, her office manager, is great about communicating and ensuring that we do what we need to.  We've been with Dawn for almost 2 years now and I have yet to have a single negative experience.  She can't control the market, but she sure makes sure that we know what it's doing when it is going to affect us.

Don't hesitate to call Dawn if you are even thinking about an advisor.  She has helped us with everything from Mutual funds, Roth IRAs, our 401k and now our baby's 529 plan.  She does it all!
