DO NOT USE This bank if you ever plan on checking your account online, or doing any kind of online banking. Their online banking is ALWAYS down. They're always working on it and yet it never works

I have been with Star Financial Bank for approximately 25 years and would never want to be with anyone else! I have had experience with other banks but they do not offer the level of customer service, and Banking Services that I have experienced through Star Financial Bank.

I have had a great experience with this particular branch of Star Bank. If you are going to use Star as your banking institution use this branch. The willingness to help resolve issues I was having with my account was greatly appreciated.

I love that they track your FICO score on their web site. Gives you easy access to it anytime you need it. Web site works great and gives you easy access to your accounts.

Very friendly, helpful employees. Deb was exceptionally nice, efficient, and professional. They have made all my transactions easy.
