The people are nice, however, when my account was overdrawn by Comcast (they took 2 payments out) they were unwilling to help me. Said that "they don't have any control over the overdraft fee and that I should talk to the company. Luckily, Comcast was very nice about it and returned the 4 overdraft charges I received. Also, very frustrating when my husband gets paid on Thursday and the money isn't in there until after 9:30. It should go in at midnight or shortly thereafter, but they say they have to hand put it in. They don't have any control over the withdraws however. Not sure we will be staying here. Not so easy to work with.

Went to bank today. It says you all are open until 5. So why wasn't brothel primetrust open today until 5?

My card was compromised twice in three months. Instead of allowing me to make the decision about how I wanted to handle it, PTCU charged me $10 to get another card immediately or wait three weeks for one to come in the mail. I couldn't wait, as I am leaving for vacation in two days, so I will be taking my business to a bank/credit union that will allow me to have a say in how my account and card are handled.
