Could not have been a better experience! I have bought many cars over the years and I dread it each time. I went to a local dealer in Palm Beach and wasted about 2 hours and went home frustrated at myself for even walking into the dealership. I searched online and found Efrid Jeep contacted them via there website they promptly called back email me a price 1 additional 5 minute call and we had a deal. The price was much better than my local dealer. They arranged for the car to be shipped to me. I had the vehicle in 2 days. Simple painless and actually a enjoyable transaction. Nathan and his brother in the finance department were extremely easy to deal with. I would definitely buy from this dealership again. I live over 600 miles away and they made it seem like we were neighbors.

I got my oil change done super fast! Best customer service, and the quick lane service advisor was awesome! I recommend the quick lane service over any Walmart quick lane (had horrible experiences with both in Florence)!

I took my vehicle in for a warranty repair, (battery,) & as well as an on-going issue with the rear door hinges. The service department casually stated that, since the broken hinge was missing, they were not going to cover the repair, under warranty. After asking what steps they took to "search" for any parts, they took offense & said that they'd searched inside of the door panels, to no avail. I walked back to my vehicle and, immediately, found the "missing" part. Obviously, Mike & his crew were not telling me the complete truth. Once this was shown, they back-paddled as hard as possible. They would have easily have taken my money. (Side note*, I also had to explain to the "service professional" that the other hinge was installed backwards.) Never again will I work with any Efird dealership. Very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I already wrote a review but I think it mysteriously disappeared. My husband bought a truck from here and of course everyone was so nice during that time. A few months later his door panel broke while he was inside the truck shutting the door. He has a 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty. He took the truck back to this dealership and the manager, "Kristin" told him she wouldn't cover it even though he has the warranty because she said it was done intentionally. She said she never saw that happen before. Why would he intentionally break the door panel on his new truck?! He closed the door like normal by pulling it shut with the door handle and the panel pulled loose from the door. The warranty is BUMPER TO BUMPER, not SOMETHING I HAVE SEEN BEFORE warranty. Kristin was very rude and unprofessional. This was our first Dodge and this will be our last! Her and her dealership ruined it for us. Beware if you are thinking about purchasing from this dealership.

Do Not I repeat Do Not take your car here... I had to have my Chrysler 200 towed to this dealership because Hartsville Chrysler Dealership did not have a Certified Transmission Tech. It was towed on a Monday got a text (unprofessional I think) that my car was ready on Tuesday. Marty the service manager said," the only problem was I needed a new battery and I was good to go". So they put a New battery in it! I drove it home on Tuesday. On Wednesday night I was out in the country at a friends house got in my car to go home and it would not crank. I tried to jump it off but nothing happened.. So I had it towed the next day back to the dealership.. The NEW battery had corrosions still on the cable(shouldn't you clean the cables if corrosion is present when you put a new battery in? Common Sense) and I was told that was my problem and I could pick it up Friday. On Saturday I drove it and it broke down again. So on Monday I called the dealership to let them know it had broke down again.. I was told that they couldn't work on it for a month. I called Sumter Chrysler to see if they could work on it and find out what was wrong it. They told me to bring it on. So the towing guy came to pick it. We got to looking at it and the new battery that they put in was so loose that it wasn't making a good connection with the battery. The poles were to small for the cables. I am sorry but this kind of work is not acceptable and very unprofessional. If they can't change something as easy as putting in a new battery and do the updates for my car(which they didn't even do- Sumter had to do it) I can't imagine what they would do to your car if it was something major.. Stay away from this dealership!! Take it to Sumter!!
