Absolutely best car dealership. Deanna was my sales associate and she was great. She was very patient and very knowledgeable. I normally hate to go car shopping, because salesman will bombard you and won’t give you enough time to actually enjoy the cars but Deanna made my experience one to remember! All of the staff was friendly and willing to help in anyway. Thanks to Deanna and all the Five Star family!! I will definitely be back on my next purchase!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Five Star Chevrolet in Florence, SC. The sales agent who assisted me was Justin Walters. I cannot say enough about Justin, he was very professional. He did everything he could to assist in the purchase of the vehicle to make sure all expectations were met. He also made follow up phone calls to assure complete satisfaction. If you are looking to buy a vehicle in the near future, pay a visit to Five Star Chevrolet and ask for Justin Walters, you will be glad you did. Michael

I was on my way from New Jersey to Savannah, GA and broke down with brake issues. Towed to 5 Star Chevy just hoping they were open (It was a holiday and it was 6am). Not only were they open, they repaired my truck and got me back on the road. Excellent service. Wish they were closer to where I lived. So thankful, without them I would have been stuck in South Carolina. 

Dan Smith was who I dealt with and highly recommend. Great guy.

I went got my first oil change. It was an success. Mr. Dan Smith & Mrs. Brittany Sullivan are nice and patient. Really appreciate their good manners. Cant forget about Mr. Brody he did an awesome job! Very quick & successful. I love it there two thumbs up.

My husband and I went looking for him a truck and ended up spending the day there (7 1/2 hours).  Kendall Ellis was our salesperson and was very, VERY patient and understanding.  He never seemed discouraged with us being there so long and in the end we came home with a truck that my husband is very pleased with.  I would highly recommend Five Star and Kendall Ellis.
