My husband and I spent the day here for a belated Vday. We both got massages which were phenomenal and we spent the rest of the day using the pool/jacuzzi/sauna. Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it!

As with another review I feel it necessary to point out the great experience my wife and daughter had as a contrast to some of the negative reviews.  Adriana, the director of the spa, went out of her way to make it a special birthday for my daughter. My wife and daughter both enjoyed their treatments and the service was excellent.

Since many reviews here mention poor customer service, I wanted to relate my experience witnessing an extremely courteous front desk staff member being treated terribly by a pair of clients.  She had far more grace than I would have in the situation (being yelled at for something that was clearly the clients' own fault).  Kudos to her for not even batting an eye!

I went here with a group for a birthday celebration. All services were awesome and enjoyed by everyone. We have been to a couple spas and one person worked at one and everyone was satisfied & impressed, will definitely return. 

We also used the catering service and enjoyed a relaxing lunch by the pool. Food and bev service was great.

Over priced !!!
$140 for room (good price)
$170 for lunch at the pool they call it room service (burger salad shrimp cocktail 2 drinks)
$300 deep tissue massage each $150 before tip 
$60 for hotel breakfast before tip 
$20 for parking 
Total bill $840 (one night)
