I am new to the area and was looking for an eyebrow threading salon. I went twice and had 2 different people. The second time I loved the shape but both times when I checked out the consultants charged me different amounts. On the website and all of their materials eye brow threading is quoted at $15. The first time I was told it was $20 and then the second time was told $22. I told them everywhere says $15 and they honored the $15. I am devastated that I can not trust the consultants because they did a great job but a $7 difference...I understand it's only $7 but that adds up very quickly and I felt like they were running a scam.

I went in for eyebrow tinting - left with lopsided color tinting. I literally had to go home and scrub it off. I had it done at a different place in a different state before and had a great experience. The technician there carefully shaped the brow to fit the structure of my face - the result was awesome. I don't have a lot of hair, so the tint made me look like I had a fuller and well shaped brow. I had asked the tech here if she was shaping it, as I could tell there was no precision in her application. She said yes - when I saw the result, it was messy and one brow was thicker than the other. I would not recommend this place for eyebrow tinting.

My wife had a facial last week with Gloria and was extremely happy with her professionalism and courtesy. The previous facial there was with Kim, which was terrific too.
