Reading some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive about going to this notary so I called to hear how they presented themselves over the phone. I found the conversation to be professional. My husband and I then drove to the location, walked in and were immediately serviced. It took less than 5 minutes. He was pleasant and efficient. Before we walked out I asked him about why the negative reviews. What I took from it.....there are always 2 sides to every story. Our experience was 5 star.

I went to EG Notary to see if it was possible for them to issue a camera card that didn't arrive from PennDOT. The employee responded by quickly backing away from me and rudely telling me that "time had passed" for them to be able to help me and that I should be able to take care of the problem myself. It was very clear that he had zero interest in helping me or at least being polite. There wasn't even another customer in the building, or else I might understand if he was busy and just frazzled. I don't recommend stepping foot into EG Notary.

Obnoxious only scratches the surface of this "public Service." Both are very cynical, and lacking any common courtesys or conversational ediqutte. Save yourself one more demeaning exsperience in this world we share. sooo.. NEXT. I would rather drive another 34 minuets in the rain in bumper to bumper traffic having to pee my pants than give EG Notary my buisness. NEVER stepping foot in there again!

Customer service is terrible. So rude & inconsiderate. I will never be doing business with them ever again. So disappointed & very angry.
