.My husband and I visited the Vero Beach location this afternoon (1/13/2018) when we went in and ordered, the male at the counter was nice he asked if we were ready to order, but we were still deciding so he took the next customer, which was fine. When we were ready to order a female came over to the register and was extremely abrupt and showed very little respect for the fact that we were customers. When she asked what my husband wanted he told her the sandwich he wanted and when he didn't here the choices of a side, she sighed, rolled her eyes and then repeated "chips or potato salad". My husband chose, he paid and we went to the end of the counter where there were two women arguing that they had been charged for someone else's order. The one older woman explained that she had only order bagels and was charged for sandwiches. The other woman complained that she ordered sandwiches and was being charged for two different sandwiches then what she ordered. The female (there were two, neither would give me their name, and neither were wearing a name badge) The African American female came over to the two woman and said in a loud rude voice "Calm down"! The two women were taken back, but became quiet and waited for her to fix the issue, they did not make a sound, honestly it was as though they were afraid to speak. They then left. I then ordered a coke zero and my husband ordered a small coffee. We paid. $18.70, and went to get our drinks. When I went to the soda fountain, I realized that the coke zero was pure seltzer. I went to the counter and asked if they could get me coke zero from the back fountain and explained the reason. The male, Justin, was super polite, he went to check right away and came back and said "Im sorry, the two machines are connected so both are out, I can change it if you can wait a few minutes. I was fine with that. About a minute later, The other female (dark skin) cam over to him and said tell her there is no more. So, he came over and apologized and explained that there was no more. I wasn't happy because I had paid for it and I needed caffeine free and sugar free due to medical issues, but I got water from the fountain and sat down. As I’m waiting for my food my husband gets his coffee and is waiting for milk. He had asked the dark skin girl for milk right away, now about 7 minutes have passed. There is also two women eating and they explain they asked her 15 minutes ago and she said okay and never got the milk, they also explained that she was extremely rude to them. (They didn't say in what manner she was rude though. So now about 10 minutes later our food is ready so we get the food from the counter and we bring it to the table. My husband goes up to the counter again to ask for milk and now he says it like "I asked 10 minutes ago for milk, this woman out here asked 20 minutes ago, can we please get some milk for our coffee. The dark skin female yells from behind the counter "there is milk out there we closing so use what’s there". My husband explains that there is no milk at all there. Then the woman that was also waiting for milk says if there was milk I wouldn't have asked for it. She then goes in the back for 2-3 minutes and comes out and begins talking with the staff again and still does not bring milk. At this point both my husband, myself and the two woman that were eating are upset, so I go over to the light skin female and as her if there is a number that I can call about service. The dark skin female hears her and looks at me rolls her eyes, laughs and goes in the back. So I say, do you have a number? And the light skin female response she is going to get it. I stood there for 3 minutes before she came from the back, she then walked right past me to the other end of the counter. I walk over to her and say “do you have the number"? She responds "what number"? While putting her hands on her hips and moving her head back and forth like she was annoyed. I said "I asked you for a number that I can call regarding service" and she responds "look it up on the internet", and walks away.

The pretzel bagels are delicious! Add some flavored cream cheese and a coffee for the perfect treat. Sarah the manager is always friendly, the store is always clean. Only downfall is they don't have while milk for coffee.

Good food, but garbage customer service. Gave my girlfriend the completely wrong bagle and forgot our bacon on a turkey bacon avacado. Also right after that it was slow and my girlfriend wanted a cold brew coffee and the workers avoided her for five minutes and I come to find out one of them is on their phone not helping her. First time I've ever been here and honestly probably my last. Rude ass people.
