It's confusing to me to the same products always at different spot of different Publix stores. What is here on isle 5 is here on nine. Fruits are on the left side of the store, no here they are on the right or milk is left - non now strait in the back. Annoying to me because I have to run always in circles and waste my time and have to ask.
But the worst I saw a bread delivery (lady) She pulled all the bread from the shelf - put it ON THE FLOOR (!) and sorted the new bread in the back of the shelf. I was thinking she would take the old bread from the floor away - but no - she took it right from the floor and put it in front of the new bread!!! I was so disgusted that I complained to a manager who fixed her up and apologized. This cannot happen in a food store!
In addition you can not read the expiration dates on ARNOLD bread and I had to return expired bread after reading it at home with a magnifier. Publix - please inform Arnold about this bad practice.

When I order my sub online 70% of the time they haven't even started making it when I arrive at the pickup time or even after. Went In today 7 minutes after pickup time. They hadn't even made it. I told the woman in the deli that this always happens. She said that she knows but there's only one person on the deli line. That's not my problem I told her. They made my sub immediately after finishing a customer's sub. I went to the courtesy desk and told an older woman named Jean about my experience. Her reply was "okay".  That was it. No trying to fix the matter. Dismissed. End of discussion. Don't bother me. Most everyone at Publix is courteous and the store is extremely clean but you are taking a big gamble if you order online from the deli. I hope Jean brushes up on her customer service skills and the deli gets their act together.

I have always liked & enjoyed my shoppinp journeys at this store. They keep it clean & sprinking. The employees are always very helpful & willing to get & do what you need.

Such a helpful place. Everyone who works there is so nice and will go out of their way todo something for you. If you need something they will help you find it, if they don't have it they will get it in for you. Great store

Publix is super customer service orientated and besides always being helpful, they're always solving whatever problems might arise. The store is clean, well stocked, always enough carts and a large parking lot for even the busiest day.
