Not all Publix are the same. Why is it I can go into this store and not feel a friendly vibe or feel like the meat or produce and great, but go into the one on Miracle Mile and the meat and produce are totally different grade? You are greeted as you walking the door On Miracle Mile....Not at Ryanwood.... I am always so disappointed but it is the one that is the closest to me and so it is the one I go to the most. I just wish they would keep the same quality at all their stores!! For that they get two stars.....make it like your store on Miracle mile and you will get a 5 star!

Limited selection, very few gourmet or even high quality food items. Quality of fresh vegetables is acceptable, but again, limited selection. Vero Beach needs to work with Publix to move at least two stores upscale.

I love this store. Use the pharmacy as well as BOGO sales. Never a super long wait and baggers move things along. They support charities on a regular basis and make it easy to give to good causes.

An older employee stocking meats was there when I was buying some meat and my baby, in the cart in front of me, knocked a plastic tub of mayonnaise on the floor. the lid cracked and about a tablespoon of mayo spilled out. He took it from me and disappeared. I waited over it so no one would slip then a younger guy came out and wiped it up. As I passed by the older gentleman I heard him rudely talking to another employee about how customers need to watch their kids, it puts him in a bad mood. What kind of customer service is that? This is the first time my kids have ever broken anything and it was a complete accident. He might need to find a job not in customer service.

They have some natural/healthy choices that can not be found elsewhere. However, both the store and parking lot are ridiculously crowded. Customer service is sub-par from my experience. Get treated like a nuisance. I was also once shopping for some clothing dye. After reading the box on one that I had found, I turned around to look at the fabric softener only to find an employee staring at me from her register. She ran off and for the next 20 minutes I got some "aggressive customer service" from superiors. They wanted to make sure I wasn't stealing anything. Even though this is convenient by being within a mile of my job, it's not my preferred Publix. Harbor Point is best for me.
