I promise I am not exaggerating when I say every single time I have come in here and ordered anything, they forget my order. Every single time. I stand there and wait 10, 15, 20 minutes every time only to go up and tell them I'm still waiting and get my order 5 minutes after that. Waiting 25 minutes for my 30 second hot chocolate is never worth it.

There is something about waiting 10 minutes in a line of 4 people for a clinically depressed person to take your order. All of the coffee aside from decaf was empty. Could not have been a worse experience. Why do they have only one employee behind the counter? It's a University. People are trying to get to class. Never returning.

This doesn't seem to be a real Einsteins as I'm generally a huge fan of the stores.  After standing in line behind 12 other people(not enough employees) they would not honor my free birthday coupon(and they don't take gift cards). Money didn't matter, it was wasting my time.
