I just want to say THANK YOU to the woman who took my order at this  Panera location today. After ordering food my myself and two kiddos, I searched fruitlessly for a way to pay. I had none. It was lunch rush and she didn't make a big deal about paying for our food. 
Well it IS a big deal. You were so generous. Thank you and I hope to pay this act forward very soon.

I have Panera daily and this location is the best! The management is wonderful and always super kind. I have only good things to say.

Menu is confusing and so is the staff in explaining about it. The meal was not worth it's cost. I would prefer local food around if available. It was my first and last at Panera

Good food and friendly staff. But I give it 3 ☆'s because the tables are not kept clean. It is hard to find a clean table. And the rug is full of food too.

The nicest and friendliest employees of all the Paneras in KC area.  It's a great place to get coffee or tea or a bite to eat while you work on a project.  Overall nice atmosphere, very good employees, and well-managed.
