Best facility and service in town. My mother passed away and we had nothing prepared or planned. El Camino (Matt, Nick and Mynguyen?) helped us put everything together and the ceremony was first class. Significantly, it is a memory that all of the grandchildren will remember, and they will remember mom passing with dignity. All that being said, talking prices and all of their options can be awkward under the circumstances. But, at the end of the day, they are providing a necessary service for a fee. And they can work within your budget. There are obviously less expensive options/cemeteries, but El Camino is by far the best one out there in terms of facility and service (and the prices reflect that reality). As with all things, you get what you pay for.

As with all cemeteries, the hook and anchor happens with the first family laid to rest - loyalty supersedes all other factors.

Horrible ridiculous service! We met with the counselor Sergio today to go over their packages and of course at first he was super kind and acted like he cares but honestly places like this when they meet with families who have lost their beloved ones they gotta be caring nice and understanding, Their packages are super confusing and nothing but selling different services and aggressive about making money only, At the end when we thought is too much of a money we got up to leave he was totally a different person! He gave us a discount after going back and forth to his manager then he changed the numbers back to same pricing cause he lies to his manager that my cousin was ill not dead! We told him she passed a way a day before and pretty much played us! No emotions for families especially in these tough moments! ONLY MONEY makes these people nice and caring so sad! We spoke to the manager too and he happened to back up his counselor and rude as well with us! Just shocking how unprofessional and rootless they were!

The level of unprofessionalism is beyond imagination in this place. They just want your money(thousands and thousands) but they have no respect or dignity toward the deceased family members. Sergio is the most insensitive person ever and very manipulative. These people are trying to take advantage of the situation and rob people in order to do business. The only thing they care about is their pocket. We were treated with so much disrespect and discrimination. If you care at all about your loved one this is NOT the place to be at.
