This is a beautiful place with many creatures.  It is easy to sea dolphins and seals.  My family visits this place all the time. The camping spots are great and if you by a day pass here, then you can check out the other nice beaches in California.

Love this campground.  Most of the sites are well spaced apart so you don't feel like you're on top of each other.  Great beaches and a fun point break for those who surf.  There is also a 2 mile bike path that you can take to Refugio campground.  Some great secluded beaches along the way.  Be sure to keep your food locked away or place in containers that racoons can't get to.  Had 7 of them show up in the middle of the night raiding the dog food we left out in a container we thought they couldn't open.

Well kept grounds with clean bathrooms and convenience store. It's calm in the mornings and taking walks is a peaceful experience. They even have a Xmas "tree" for the holidays... Recommended stop!

Loved this camping. At night we spotted a skunk, a raccoon and the place is packed with squirrels. Spots are spacious and very green, toilets and showers are basic. There is some noise from the nearby highway and rail track. Nearby beach is wonderful, location not very central, Santa Barbara is a 20 minute drive.

The beaches are really nice and when you are lucky you can see some playful dolphins swim very closely to the shores! The beach also has public showers by the general store which is super convenient. You can definitely  have a relaxing day with family or friends here.
