I think these are beautiful homes and it's such a nice clean and quiet environment. The upkeep is great and I believe it's a wonderful place to start a family.

You pay lot for living in a private park.  It's obvious many residents are unhappy living here-

More like Sunnyvale trailer park ! And they hired a tan Mr Lahey and his family back in June and it hasn't been the same.
