Best service and place ever to get all the furniture for your home. I will always go back to that store. If you ever go ask for Caterina Lancia, she's awesome. I bought all the furniture for my new house there with her and she was super professional, organized and with lots of initiative. It was like she was reading my mind. Even after we got the furniture, she called me to find out how everything was and she has kept in touch with me helping me with all the details! Prices are good and they have good payment plans

When I entered the store I came with the idea of buying my  room set in my house and I left with an immense joy in knowing that I had achieved it.
Not without first highlighting Mrs Blanca Nieves Molina, the main link in my selection. The lady gave me an excellent costumer service, she explained me carefully and gave me answers to all my doubts and needs...I'm extremely grateful for all her kindness..she is an excellent worker worthy of representing the prestigious company El Dorado Furniture(- Palmetto Boulevard  .. My favorite place to shop for unique pieces. My bedroom set is fabulous! It's exactly what I wanted. Hernan,  my salesmen was very attentive and professional. He kept  in contact  with me for updates on the delivery of pieces I had to order. I am very satisfied!

Get prepared to be bombarded with sales people trying to make a sale.... feels like a car dealer ship when you walk in to these big furniture stores.with the sales people trying to make commission.  If your not bothered by that then there's lots of furniture to look at but not sure the quality is there some of the floor models were wobbly. I won't but furniture if I know in a couple years of use there going to loosen fall apart...

I’ve been a customer for a while but I’ve never felt as comfortable and I’ve never experienced such a fantastic professionalism and customer service as today with this young salesman Hernan Féria at Palmetto store. I highly recommend his service and advice. From now on he is the salesperson to go with  as for me and my family and friends.
