If I could rate this store with zero stars I would great sales rep but horrible with delivery an customer service super unprofessional and disorganized I placed a large order with everything in stock with a set delivery date for a Monday once Monday can Around and called customer service to find out the time of my delivery I was told after 4 then 5 o’clock came around an nothing so I call the store to find out what’s going on and the rep calls the driver an says he’s on his way that anytime from 6 to 8 they will make the delivery 8pm came around an never heard from any delivery. Tuesday can Around I call at 10:30am to find out about the delivery why it didn’t happen they didn’t give me a reason they just said if there was someone at home to make the delivery an I said everyone went to work as I had gotten Monday off to receive the furniture an no one shows up or called me. So I explained that to her an I told her it had to be after 5pm so then she told me ok 7pm came around haven’t heard from no one or nothing so I decided to show up at the store an make a scene because it’s ridiculous already that I paid for a delivery an with a Set day an nothing. They told me the delivery would made in 20 minutes when I was at the store 40 minutes went by an nothing. I finally received a call from the driver lost at 8:15pm to make the delivery an it’s 10:07pm at the moment they built a coffee table I order an they realize after it’s built that they did it wrong. This company is the worst an i now know for sure next time I rather pay more for better service.

Best service I've had in a really long time. Corinne took her time & was really detailed in everything I needed to know. She had so much patience with me. Awesome experience! I'm definitely telling all my family and friends

I went in to gather more information about different couches I’d like in my living room & when I entered I was greeted by an amazing woman named Gevel. She greeted me with a smile & immediately started to help me out. She answered every question I had & made me feel comfortable enough to ask or say anything! Gevel really made my shopping experience 10x better. Shows a lot of respect & is very knowledgeable on what i went in there for. 5 stars no doubt!

My sales person Deedee was great, very helpful and friendly throughout the sales process. However, unfortunately I ordered a sectional from a catalog because they didn't have that model on display. Once it arrived, the quality of the furniture was very poor. I was so dissappointed that after just a few days a service tech had to come back and do some adjustments to it because the back of the couch was both off centered and not sturdy. This only helped a little bit and eventually after about 2 months I ended up giving the sectional away to a friend that needed it more than I did as a gift, and went elsewhere to buy a better quality sectional and now I'm happy.
