Established in South Florida in 1967, El Dorado Furniture has grown to become the largest Hispanic-owned retail enterprise in the United States. With services offered all over the world, the family-owned company is ranked among the top 50 furniture retailers in the country. There are currently 11 El Dorado Furniture showrooms and two outlet center in South Florida.

AWESOME! AMAZING! What else can I say about being exceedingly grateful as a customer? I originally went to the El Dorado store - just West of I-95 - on Okeechobee Boulevard to complain about a piece of furniture that broke. The store manager Eduardo Vignau and Jessie Bosch helped my wife and I to be happy and calm as Eduardo took us through the store and helped to find a solution to the broken piece of furniture. We ended up buying another piece of furniture before we left. If I could make a suggestion, Eduardo and Jessie deserve a raise, or at least a bonus for their hard work.

Hands down, best furniture store in town. I tend to be kinda lazy and am not usually one to write reviews, so the fact that I'm here should tell you something. First off, aside from the quality furniture that now resides in my grandfather new home, what really made the experience stellar was working with one of El Dorados furnishing associates Clarence Carver. Seriously, if you go here, you MUST ask for Clarence. He went above and beyond what I ever would have expected any associate at any store to do. He treated us like family and never made us feel guilty or like a burden.( even though I know we were because we made countless changes and adjustments.) My grandfather is in the hospital and needed new furniture for after he was discharged. I was so stressed and after going to Rooms to go, city furniture, Ashley furniture and 3 other local furniture stores, I was about to give up on in finding a good deal on beautiful furniture and settle for overpriced junk. THEN, like the gates of heaven opening up, I was headed for i95 and out of the corner of my eye saw El Dorado. I decided to give it one last shot, and thank god I did. Not only did I find everything I needed for my grandfathers home, Clarence set everything up. He even helped me out when I called him not knowing it was his day off. Anyways, thank you El Dorado and thank you Clarence. You made a stressful situation blissful, comfortable and beautiful.

It was fabulous. My saleswoman Debbie was so professional and helpful. It was quick and just a nice experience.

The weirdest and worst experience I have ever had! BEWARE of this company- my guess is that if you have any problems with your purchase you will be dead to them! Not to mention the bait and switch! I will try to summarize my recent experience: Went in and found the king bed I was looking at online. I wanted to see it in person. It was A decent quality for the price and we were ready to purchase. I told the salesman that we needed it shipped to North Carolina and asked if there was free shipping, as they're often is with online buying. He said if we needed it shipped to North Carolina we would need to handle the shipping arrangements ourselves! Not only that, if we did it ourselves they would not honor any warantee on the product! What a bait and switch. Decent pricing on the floor but lots more if you actually want it in your home!! Read on..... The only option they have is a "white glove service" where they would deliver it and assemble the bed for us. This service adds 22% to the total purchase price. The bed cost about $1200 and adding the 22% it would end up somewhere around $1465. Not what we had in mind, but it wasn't unreasonable. Told the salesman that we were going to do some comparative shopping and I would give them a call. Later in the day, I called him back to tell him to go ahead with the order. He then told me that it was now on backorder and they wouldn't receive it until the beginning of June. Not great news but ok. And I told him that we wanted to add two nightstands and a coffee table. He said the 22% would have to be added to that as well. Wait, those don't need to be assembled why are we paying for white glove service on those? Because it's added to the entire order whether or not they need to assemble it! So… Forget the nightstands and the coffee table! (You just lost an additional saw of $1500!)- Here is my credit card number. Wait he said, you need to come in and do this in person. What... are you kidding? I am 45 miles away and will be leaving first thing in the morning to go back home. Let me give you my credit card number over the phone you can put it through before placing the order. No, you need to come into the store with your card and a photo ID before we can process this order he said. You have got to be kidding! This was extremely inconvenient because I would have to drive an hour and a half each way just to give them my credit card. Wait! There's more… I had decided to bite the bullet and take the return trip down to the store - bc I really wanted this bed! Just as I was leaving, he called me back to tell me that he made a mistake and the "white glove service" has a minimum of $600 for their delivery charge. This now puts my order at $1800!! Now this bed was not worth the price. They did everything they could to NOT sell me this bed! Forget it. If El dorado was this difficult and inflexible at this point, There is no way they would have better customer service if I had a problem in the future!! I aksed the salesman - who really tried his very best to make this sale and was as helpful as he could be, why El Dorado Furniture would do everything they could to stop a really good sale - they aren't doing the customer and him, as a salesman trying to make commission, any favors! There are plenty of other furniture stores- I will NEVER shop here again!

Great place for modern furniture and kooky mirrors. Went to City Furniture and Ashley Furniture before coming to El Dorado and ended up buying a table and chairs.
