Showed up at 4:45pm on Saturday. They closed at 5pm. Dude was rude when I pulled up. I opt for the best option wash and pressure wash floor mats. 36.99. Truck was done before 5pm. Windows not cleaned, doors not wiped down, and still dog hair all over the carpet. Seriously the worst experience ever. I told the dude at the end I paid for inside too and he pretended to not speak English. I highly recommend not going here. I'm about to dispute this charge

Staff is always nice and professional. Been coming here for about 5-6 months, but the cleaning isn’t always the best. The interior cleaning/vacuuming is either great or terrible, missed spots or forgotten completely. Exterior cleaning is what you expect, does the job that you need.

I would have been more content of the quality of service had I been charged 1/2 the price I paid. I can only imagine what I would have gotten had I went with the silver or bronze package... scary.

Not very happy. Paid for an interior complete detail with shampoo--had to go back and ask them to vacuum out the center console,  and they still only vacuumed out the top section. Ceiling had marks, visors weren't  cleaned, and the doors were maybe dry dusted. Seats were shampooed well, but soap was left on the back seat and now there are big white marks. I had purchased this car from someone with a child and wanted and expected it to be completely cleaned at the price of 90 dollars.  Oh, well. Lesson learned. Taking it to Humboldt Mobile Detailing back home to have it done expertly for the same price. Trust me, it's worth the drive.
