spent 130 dollars for them to clean the interior. I dropped it off in the morning and they said they would call me when it was done. I had to call them when i got off work because they still hadn't called me, went to go pick it up and drove home expecting that for 130 dollars and having it all day that it would look really good, well it didn't. there was dirt still all over the seats, i don't think they even vacuumed them and the doors and dash just had a bunch of grease over them. Took it back and asked for my money back they said they would fix the problem i sat and watched them for 30 minutes spray more grease over every thing and put greasy hand prints all over the windows and while they were vacuuming, the exhaust from the shop vac was pointed at my car blowing dust back in it.  I can't believe i spent $130 on something the neighbor kid could have done, Never again

Went in for a wash & vacuum and left home with plenty of crumbs & dead bugs on the front of my car. The bottom side panel of the car was never even touched. All this on a very slow day. I stopped coming here for a couple of months and decided to give them another try considering the convenience of their location. It it's just not worth the money anymore. Take your business elsewhere.

Deffinetly a extreme drop in attention to detail. The workers are so sidetracked by talking to othe co workers that they miss obvious things all over the car. Very poor service.

I've been coming here for the past 6 months. It's horrible! Joel the manager breath stinks like poop! He stands around doing nothing just hurrying up the workers and they end up leaving my car dirty! I can't even understand what he says either. He can't speak English so why have him as manager? I got my car washed here the other day and it will truly be my last! The service is very slow, they never do a decent job and they rip you off because you never get what you paid for! Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else!

I've brought four cars here for some time, lately, their quality has really nosedived. I watch them clean and dry. At both ends, they do a horrible job. Their Quality Person in the vest is a total waste. They never touched the inside windows and said they did. Save your money and use a drive thru. You'll get a better job, then just spend a dollar for the vaccum. Sunset North expects tips for a half !@#$ed job! Don't bother going there
