I have never complained about customer service because I've worked in the food service industry and know how unforgiving it can be. However, the service at this store is completely unacceptable. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and received a large plain pizza from the delivery guy. I called the store back right away and told the owner the situation and he said he was going to call the delivery man. After waiting 20 minutes with no call back I called the store again and the owner was completely rude and nasty. He told me to drive to the store and he'd switch them out and when I told him I was a student and didn't have a car he said there were no more delivery cars available. The sad thing is he'll keep doing business as long as Seton Hall is around.

I usually order from Grubhub and have no issues I guess since I didn't order thru Grubhub I got this sloppy order fries no tray jus cheese fries and aluminum and they never give me change when I phone order........update.. the price change and lack of change when I phone order hasn’t changed I told my total he took my 20$ and left like where is my 3$ bro

I like the pizza it was good. The worker have great customer service. The service was excellent.  The place was clean and we'll organize.  Yes I will come again

The pizza is very good New England style. Not the best in the area but they are fast and reliable on delivery.

Great family place, and wonderful owners ..Grew up with their pizza. I always have to stop by when I'm in town visiting. They are open late, so it's great. The owner is also one of the funniest men and always remembers my whole family.
