I placed an order at 11:49 am so that I could have it in time for lunch which is at 12:45. Online they state it would be delivered within 45 min. Unfortunately, for me that was not at all true. I called around 12:50 pm (an hour later) to check on the status of my sandwich and I was told that they received the order and was waiting on the driver to return and to give them another 10 minutes. I waited patiently for another 15 minutes (1:05pm) and still no food. I called again and the gentleman stated he was still waiting for the driver. He asked if I could give it another 5 minutes and I did. Now it's 1:20, and my lunch is over with still no delivery, I called back and told the gentleman that I was no longer interested. The delivery then shows up at 1:30 pm almost 2 hours later from when the order was placed. At this point I'm upset because I have a class and can't have lunch, so I declined the food. I understand that business during the lunch peak hours can be overwhelming. However, it should not take almost two hours to get a turkey sandwich from a location that is 5-10 minutes away. I tried to be understanding and considerate of that but getting here at 1:30 pm is quite unacceptable. At least offer to comp the meal if your running that late.

If you live in the south orange/ Maplewood area are and never ate from here your really missing out. The Sandwiches are amazing the different combinations are amazing including the customer service, Amazing! Theirs no sandwich shop like this. The fat le vanda is my favorite sandwich. They do need to have more sandwiches as flavorful as that one.

Eat here a number of times. Love the subs as they are always fresh and extremely tasteful.
