I placed an order for delivery.  The food came quick enough, however they got my order wrong.  When I called and asked them to fix it, they insisted that I made the mistake. I assured them I did not. I order the same thing every time. They finally agreed to bring the missing item, but I would have to pay $4.00 for their trouble!!!! I told them I paid for the item already and did not think it was fair. He began to shout that it was my fault! After a shouting match he agreed to bring my food, but assured me that it would take a long, long time.  (We live 8 minutes away).

I called today to place an order, as I am a long time customer, and it took 1 & 1/2 hours to deliver my food. I ordered at 6:33pm and received my order at 8:03. I called to speak with someone in regards to the issue and was hung up on the first time. I called back & I was told pretty much it's not their problem. No  one tried to rectify the situation just told it's not their fault. NEVER will I order from them again! They lost a customer.
I just opened my food took a bite of the crab stick and it taste rancid. Plus, on top of THAT... there is HAIR in my food!!! ! I'm so done!!!!

I really appreciate the always sweet and delicious cold watermelon during the summer. 
The fried chicken wings are usually cooked fresh from raw and not precooked.  Delicious food.

Slow, unorganized, and they don't know how to take your order. On their phone, looks dirty and they gave me the wrong change back. To be honest I haven't tried the food yet but I'm still not going back.
