I have had positive experiences here. the staff on the third floor are great and friendly. the cashier downstairs is good . the monthly parking rate is much better than nightly.  I haven't taken any busses here.

Restrooms are absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper and FECES can be found always on the floors. There is never any soap to wash our hands. The smell is unbearable.being that we're in an area where a bunch of homeless come in and out it could be understandable that once in awhile it can be measy, but damn everyday i come and its gross! Shame all the taxes we pay and the bus routes iped there prices, and we cant even have an air freshener?! Disgusting.

I want to know why does the bus that is scheduled for coming comes 40 minutes late when the traffic isn't bad I'm getting late to everything and it's a pain to hear it from my peers please fix this
