Bunch of scam artist/thieves here guys. Truck driver was given a parking ticket ($25.00) on Dec 27 2017. Per ticket instructions it said it was payable online (we are from out of state so online works best for us )so we tried for 2 weeks to pay it online but the ticket never showed in there system so we went ahead and mailed in payment. Our payment/check was cashed Jan 18, 2018, but now (3 months later) we received a letter/invoice from these thieves ( parking enforcement) for $20.00 in late fees for not paying on time so I called them and they explained to me that parking tickets do not go online so they must be payed by mail only (that's totally the opposite of what the ticket says), I was also told I owed them a $10.00 late fee since the payment was not made on time and that a second $10.00 late fee was owed after 60 days of not paying the first late fee. Now, why was I not billed/notified for the first late fee? why wait till the second late fee is due to get notified/billed? why does the ticket say you can make the payment online but you can't? It sounds to me that this "parking enforcement division" should be renamed to PARKING DECEIVING DIVISION and it's probably run by a bunch of cowards who are more than likely fat & diabetic. You guys are a bunch of THIEVES.

Over 20 vehicles in the neighborhood were parked against oncoming traffic. Only I got a ticket. A business building had 3 vehicles alone facing the wrong way, no tickets. What a lack of #& sjd.
