I usually love this place and would normally give it 5 stars, food is great but the guy I dealt with today, just wow. Seemed to barely speak any english, I asked for rolled chicken tacos, no guacamole no lettuce and none of the salsa or tomatoes or whatever it is else they usually put on it, cheese on them only. It came out with tomatoes covering them along with the cheese, it was beef instead of chicken, and I had to tell the guy 5 times pointing each time that I wanted the glass bottle of coke, he kept grabbing other sodas or cans of sodas instead of bottles. The glass coke was the only glass bottle in the case. And my boyfriends meal came out to over $16 when he got a $3 drink and a $6.40 torta. Luckily the food came out correct and it turned out the guy charged him for and gave him 2 huge tortas instead of just one. They also use these flimsy paper plates which started melting from the heat of my rolled tacos, luckily not melting to them. Guy serving us also seemed high or something and was openly snacking behind the counter while we were eating and other people were coming in to order.
I was visiting from Concord CA . I stopped by to eat. I've eaten plenty of burritos before but the burrito I ordered here was the best I've ever eaten. Very simple but delicious...Food: 5/5
Their quality and prices are bad. Look at this picture, I waited about 20 minutes for this.. I ordered a BRC burrito and got 3 handfuls of cheese, one scoop of beans and NO RICE!!! IM NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN, this isn't the first time this has happened.
This place never seems to get my order correct even after repeating several times. Employees are rude and not helpful
