My husband and I have been going for many years. The food is good but for the past few months it's inconsistent. Since Don Raúl left the service has gone downhill. The staff seems very unhappy and have become very inattentive. I'm a regular and the last time I went in for take out I was left standing up front in an empty restaurant while employees sat and talked in a nearby booth. I stood there for several minutes before I had to speak up to get attention. It was upsetting because they all know me and I have always tipped generously over the past several years, especially to the waiters and waitress that ignored me the other day. I understand possibly they weren't on the clock yet as they had opened 30 minutes prior but I don't think that was the case. Before I left, one of the same waiters was behind the bar making a drink for his table. He got off his ass for that. No more 30 percent for him when I dine in.

Great service (most of the time). Food is consistently good and comes out fast.

Great food and staff! Always a great experience.

The food was great but the service was terrible. The waitress didn't write down our order and guess what? She got it wrong. Then we never saw her again to tell her I what was wrong. Also never saw her again to get a drink refill which was rough with the spicy food.
