Not much selection and expensive for what you do get. Placed a take out order one time and when it was finally ready it was served in bowls/plates on a tray instead of in take out containers. The staff was friendly and the place was clean, so there's that good side.

CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH IS VERY GOOD, AS ARE THE SOUPS. THE BAKED GOODS ARE TERRIBLE! I'VE TRIED THREE, AND THEY'VE ALL BEEN BAD. THE CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE AND STICKY BUN WERE BOTH DRY AND LACKED MUCH CINNAMON OR STICKY. I JUST HAD A "WARM CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE " THAT WAS SO HARD I COULD HAVE BROKEN MY TEETH ON IT. I TOOK ONE BITE AND RETURNED IT. NO MORE PANERA BAKED GOODS FOR ME!

My wife accidentally left her pocketbook at the Jonestown Road location on Saturday evening around 7PM. She didn't discover it was missing until this morning Jul. 23. She was really upset. I took her back and she found out the manager on the 22nd. Had locked it in the safe when it was discovered. Can't thank your employees enough. We'll only eat out at your restaurants from now on. Service is fast and friendly, but way overpriced and You Pick 2 has gotten consistently worse and smaller portions over the years.

Helpful staff and clean dining area. Service can be a little slower during peak hours and the dining area gets crowded quickly. I've had mixed experiences at the drive through. Most of the time it's quick and convenient, when ordering for one, ordering for more than than one or special instructions, not so much.
