The produce was well stocked, but it was over crowded. People would push and shove their carts into you as you walk through the isles. The cashiers are talking with each other as your groceries are being scanned rather than asking if you found everything okay. One of them, I believe her name was Miriam asked another young lady to fill in for her I thought she was going on a bathroom run but instead she moves to the cashier next to hers to talk about a red drink that her friend was offering so she moves my cart from the isle because she cant get by to the cashiers area and leaves it she moved it without placing it back. Then the lady who helps me finishes scanning my items so as I am placing them onto the cart after I retrieve it I place my card into the reader and she pulls it out without asking me to remove it. This store has no sense of order. There is utterly caos here it seems as if the manager neglects to educate his staff about leadership, respect and above all customer service.

They have very low prices. I would say lower than any other grocery store in town. They also have an extensive list of Latino products. This store it's great to shop for produce and Latino products. The only complain I have is their long lines when checking out, they could open up a few more registers and I would give then the 5th star. BTW: I often ask my husband to stand in line while I finish shopping to avoid waiting so long at check out.

Pros: you can get some amazing deals. Produce is super cheap on Wednesdays. Store is stocked with a wide variety of your favorite Mexican groceries, like Mexican candies, meats and cheese. Cons: THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS PACKED. parking lot is congested. To get cheese or meats from the butchers can take a while. The employees who stock the produce are usually always angry and rude due to the high volume of customers and the fast pace that stocking is required at. I've actually witnessed a few of the employee's snap at customers in the produce area for either dropping produce on the ground and for getting produce while they are trying to stock. And the cashier's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. All their checkout lines are usually always open but the lines at checkout are insanely long. Idk if the answer is more employees since they seem to have a good amount of staff, the problem seems to be the amount of people at the store at a time. There's usually always vendors outside selling homemade tamales or tortillas. Come when you have time. Not convenient for a quick stop

Nice selection of fruits and vegetables. They sell Chiquita bananas here which for some reason are tastier then the Dole brand at Walmart. Produce seems fresher, too. Nice employees, though sometimes the aisles can be cluttered with stockers.

You can find good groceries for great prices, but there's always a lot of people so if you don't want to wait that long at the cashiers just go either really early in the morning or later in the evening. And I'm not giving it 5 stars because most of the employees there don't have good customer service, they're always like in a bad mood (most of them)
