First time here and was highly disappointed . I would give it one star because they had what I came for (even though their red meat looked white). I ended up getting some groceries and was got the buy 5 save 5. When I was rung up I was over charged $10 and it’s because I didn’t get the deals? I made sure I got what was on sale and when I spoke to the guy at self check about it he kept getting an attitude saying it wasn’t on sale when the price tag was on the soda shelf.. he asked if I wanted to get something else I told him no I just wanted my money back and he used obscenity. I then told him if it’s an issue I rather have someone else help me, he then says he’s frustrated because somebody walked out with $300 worth of groceries like it was my fault? I’ve worked in customer service before and that was not a very professional way to handle a situation. Ended up getting ripped off on other deals as well. Really irritating. Never coming here again.

The Star Bucks in this store is way better than most in Fry's Stores. The girl at the register (Emily), was extremely nice and made my drink really fast! If you're looking for quality drinks and a friendly environment I recommend this store.

The staff went WAY out of their way for me at every opportunity! The liquor manager called around to find a wine I was looking I was looking for and suggest a great comparable wine. The flower manager ran to the back to get me fresh tulips that weren't on the floor yet. And the cashier was extremely polite. Just an all around great experience!

Awful selection of organic food. Not sure if I'm spoiled in Flagstaff, but you can't find good organic food choices in Phoenix. I tried to find some organic coffee since that is one of the highest pesticide crops, there was literally 1 choice. Seriously whoever orders for them needs to open their eyes to some healthier food choices.

I've always had good customer service at this Frys. It's an older Marketplace, but it has good selection & if I've ever needed help, I've had a lot of staff walk me to where it is, even if they weren't sure, they found someone for me, so I rate it high do to that Lil personal attention!!
