I was very pleased with this company. Mike was prompt and thorough. He was professional and I will certainly call this company in the future. I will recommend them to friends and family.

I called Electrical Services of Rochester about 8:15 am and Mike was over by 10:00 am. I'm very happy I called him. Mike was very friendly and down to earth. He is very knowledgeable. I'm not to familiar with electric work. but he told me exactly what was wrong. unfortunately, he could not do it, RG&E had to do it because a phase (Leg) was lost it was outside on a telephone pole.. So I gave them a call. And sure enough that's what the problem was. Mike was so helpful and told me exactly what to say to RG&E. If I have another electric problem, I will definitely give him a call again.
