Treated rudely by a man named Harsh. I have a million jokes but I'll stick with this- I came in to get a charger for my GoPro which they do not carry and I also had a question about the dash cam I already own that they have in stock. The first young man that helped me was great. He had to take a moment to help a newer employee and Harsh made his way behind the counter. When I told him the guy was just going to get me a phone number he mumbled something about "Google" and I ignored it. After I had him write it down for me he couldn't let me leave without turning his computer around and pointing out that I could have simply Googled it. I was dumbstruck. I took my paper and left. Don't treat people that way. I'm not ignorant and the other guy was simply trying to be helpful. Harsh on the other hand needs to go back to his phone job cause his face time sucks.

Over the last year I've gone into the store numerous times looking for audio and video components for a karaoke show I do. And over and over again I'm sadly disappointed at the fact that they have no independent components, for example they sell speakers but they don't sell XLR cables. And the salesman are the lease customer friendly people I have seen on every occasion. The one occasion things went really well was when a young lady was working there and she not only help me she help me find what I needed I'll be at at other stores but she wound up getting two sales from me that day for some headphones and HDMI cable simply because she was a good salesman. Today's experience was back to the disappointing I've got a mark this place off my lesson I'm looking for anything and I don't recommend it to my friends.

You truly need to work on your customer service. A family member came into your store today with cash in hand to purchase a T.V. There wasn't one single employee that acknowledged his presence. He ended up just walking out because,NO ONE took the time to even greet a paying customer..For that matter a person of presence period..

Good experience. I had to exchange a cell phone, which was pretty quick & painless and I had a cool sales dude, who helped me alot.
