Absolutely Great Experience! My technician was Ruben. Not only did he possess a wealth of knowledge, but also was an extremely pleasant individual to interact with. He maintained communication throughout the process leading up to the call and completed the repairs very efficiently. He took the time to really listen to the problem to ensure proper troubleshooting and explained everything in great detail. I couldn't be happier with the service in any way. Thank you for providing such great levels of customer service and professionalism.

Very short tempered on the phone. I was curious to know if they could refer a local service center to help repair my 1995 model television since they did not service projector televisions and I was basically hung up on. They could not help at all. I mean seriously, not even a friendly suggestion? I'll not ever bring business here.

Extremely pleasant people to work with.  My technician was Anthony and he fixed my tv and explained what he was doing.  VERY PLEASED with Electronics doctor.  Thank you

had a tv repaired/ or not for that matter by this company had the most horrible experience. they were rude to my wife, they spoke to me as if I were a child and were the most unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with. if you want great service go to Michael of Video Services of Virginia. Michael is the total opposite and treated me with the care and respect as you would a family member.
