Tmobile should really have kept the self serve kiosk for payments because having to wait everytime just to make a payment is a pain especially since employees can get stuck with the same customer for quite some time. But overall the staff are always friendly.

I'm a business owner and have a business account with T-Mobile. I love the staff here and they make me feel important and take care of any issues I have. Friendly customer service and I love the staff. I have been with them for over 3 years and they always take care of any need that I have. They make me feel like part of the family any time I come in.

I had a very great experience with Danielle and Lucas at this store buying my new LG V20. They were extremely helpful and patient to myself ans other customers.

Seems like they only help anyone who speaks spanish, they pushed 3 Spanish speaking customers in front of me while waiting 45 minutes. Not that. tmobile cares.
