Ok so went to this place and the manager ATTEMPTED a bait and switch now let me say Mr. Ceaser was AMAZING but the manager was a freaking PRICK!!!!! We have purchased furniture before and was satisfied but this go round I promise you it took EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING in my soul to not allow MOE to pop up and show out! That man whom ever the pompous ass is was definitely a DICK! They ain’t NEVER got to worry about getting another dime from US!!!! This is the perfect example of why we should support BLACK OWNED BUSINESS! 
The manager Gary contacted me in regards to the previous experience and worked very diligently to not only correct my experience but also insured I got what I wanted and apologized sincerely! I appreciated that and made a sound decision to do business with them.

My wife and I swung by Schewel’s yesterday to look at some furniture for an upcoming home purchase. We were in the market to purchase several big items. We arrived before 5pm, and the doors were already locked. I motioned inside to someone who said To go around front. I was met at the front door with “We’re closing in 5 minutes”. Not, “How can I help you?” or “what were you looking for today?” Not 1 salesperson even made eye contact with us or said one word. Overall, the staff was at best indifferent and rude. We will be going elsewhere with our money.

The manager was extremely condescending and rude. They did a full fledged bait and switch and treated us like we were trash. Mr. Cesar was amazing, but their manager was a demon.

We buy our home furniture from Schewels, their delivery service  was worse ever we have 2 bed sets , dining set , sofa & the refrigerator. When they get in the refrigerator the delivery person damage  our house  door, I talk with manger and the lady who was helping us with our purchase they said will send someone to fixed it but since it’s being almost 2 months they never send anyone even don’t gave a single call while when I call the store they said our manager was working on . They damage our new home door and don’t pay attention abut it. Poor service ever.

Found exactly what I wanted purchased quickly and delivered quickly without any problems very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this business to others
