Kevin Riley recently sold our property and got us our full asking price even though it was a little on the high side of the market.  The transaction went fast and his support staff got paperwork handled quickly.  We then set out searching for our new house and Kevin patiently showed us numerous houses until we found the right one.  He worked quickly with the sellers and their realtor to get the deal rolling.  Kevin also knows the right people to call for quick but professional inspections and estimates and stays with you the entire way, even being physically at the property during each inspection and quickly answering questions and getting all the paperwork handled.  I would sometimes see the times on emails he sent as very early or very late, I don't think he ever sleeps as he is always working for you. We actually closed three days ahead of the scheduled date. I would highly recommend him and his team at the Rian Group.

We were trying to sell a vacation home in a very rural town (population of 700) and my previous agents had not done much to market the home.  Although I wasn't sure about the idea of using a non-local agent, Kevin Riley did a fine job of demonstrating how he would better prepare and market the property, which he did.  I found Kevin and the Rian Group to be responsive, pro-active, and effective.  Kevin accomplished more in a few months than my two previous agents did in one year. He also helped us navigate some tricky issues related to the sale.

In the beginning this company makes it all sound so good, but watch out because they didn't deliver on any of their so called skills in the end. I could have sold my house myself with less headache and pain in the butt than these guys did. In the end the house sold for far less than it was worth and it took an  act of Congress to get the details worked out because no one knew what they were talking about or doing in this company. They also didn't repay me for all the expense they put me through that was unneeded. I highly recommend using someone else for your realtor.

My wife and I interviewed seven realtors before we hired one to sell our home. We found Kevin to be professional and caring. I appreciated the fact that he listened to us and was excellent with follow-up.

we tried to get into look at a house. first called him then hours later since there was no reply got online and attempted threw there took 3 hours then got a call back. we asked to see the house he said yes and gave us a time to meet. we show up and he never showed up we tried calling another 3 or 4 times while waiting at the house no response. tried to text him no response. ran into another realtor (who had an apt for the same time we did) and said we had to have our realtor with us yet he said to our realtor that we couldnt get in when our realtor called. we wanted to see the house so we could of put in an offer but nope this guy was to busy doing who knows what. thanks for waisting our time and money and possibly making it so we lost the house we wanted. this was in tacoma washington
