Nice and pleasant enough, it's clean, the staff are nice and are quite happy to help. Often only seems to be one person working in the later hours, so they cannot come to your room if you need anything, but it's a minor thing really. I think the breakfast food comes from the next door cafe/kitchen which means the breakfast is really quite nice! Definitely recommend, probably on the more basic side, but it's priced accordingly 👍

I don't really love modern architecture and looks, but this hotel is an exception. Just from looking at it you can tell it is new and fancy. As you walk inside and into your room there are amenities that I never thought I'd see in a hotel - a dishwasher, stove, and full-sized fridge. Obviously, the standards are there too - big, comfy beds, a desk that has travel magazines, and a handy little charger for mobile devices (see image). Plus, a great pool and a hot tub make this the best hotel I've ever been to.

Likely the best hotel experience I have ever had. Work requires that I travel allot so I'm well versed as a hotel guest and I can say the Element Basalt-Aspen knows how to take care of their guests. I booked here expecting to stay a night or two while searching for summer housing and ended up staying a week (I even got a quote to stay here for the rest of the summer as it was that comfortable). The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and even helped me jump my Jeep after I left the lights on all night. Neat, modern and super clean and comfortable rooms, healthy breakfast options and free afternoon happy hour. If I could rate this hotel above 5 stars I would.

What a wonderful surprise. Clean and comfortable. Great location in between Aspen and Glenwood Springs. Front desk was fantastic and very professional. Good breakfast and happy hour as well.

Very friendly staff, great rooms. Our room had a mini fridge, a toaster, a sink (with a filtered water tap!) and plates/silverware. We will definitely stay here again!
