Mike. the manager, could not have been more helpful. I'm always grateful when I deal with people who do their jobs well.  The storage facility is well laid out. Their contracts make sense, their prices competitive in this market.

This is my second time renting a storage unit at Storage Mart. It does not go too far to say that Shei sets a standard for professionalism that should matched by all professionals everywhere in any occupation. She is always and only helpful, knowledgeable and capable. She knows the business perfectly and is always ready with answers and the right advice, and without hesitation. Plus, her demeanor is so kind and solicitous that we look forward to seeing her whenever we visit our unit. Mike is equally gracious, knowledgeable and helpful. These two run a very tight operation and our experience with them is notable because of their professionalism and always friendly manner. 10 out of 10!

My experience has been wonderful.  The service at the front desk and on property has been extraordinary.  Their rates are extraordinary too, but since they don't have a lot of units open I guess they can get huge rates.  I'm paying them!  It is great to have a staff that is super comfortable and fast with the computer system.  I understand they have to be on the property at times and whenever I have left a message it has been promptly returned.  Great company.

Shea is delightful to work with. Moving is stressful and she makes every effort to relieve any stress - opening gates, finding keys, reminding of information, and always with a smile. Thank you Storage Mart.
