This is such an awesome place. I’m not even sure where to begin. The space itself is incredible. The menu is absolutely delicious. The level of service is the best I’ve seen in a long time. If you’re looking for a fun happy hour, a business lunch, a nice sit down dinner, or just some rooftop drinks this is the place to go

Taking a walk last week around Twin Lakes, I was describing to my friend what an excellent experience our party of 20 had at the Element over the weekend. Catered lunches and dinner we're superb! As we passed another walker, she over heard our conversation, and commented that she really is happy the Bistro is in her neighborhood and she always enjoys eating there. Kudos to Eric and staff for capturing all types guests with a wide variety of needs!! We will be back!!

I absolutely love eating at Element Bistro! I'm always ensured an amazing dining experience as soon as I walk through the door. My family and I rave about how fresh and flavorful their cuisine is to all our friends. If you ever have a chance to try this place, DEFINITELY DO IT! You will not be disappointed.

Both the food and the service have been super inconsistent. I was surprised to see one of the staff, off shift, drinking pretty heavily at the bar once. I’ve waited before and this was a big no,no. This place has some real potential with the location, and the very nicely done decor. There is also a great upstairs outdoor seating area with great views. I will them another try.

I believe that Elements is improving every time I come. We live in Gunbarrel and have dined inside a half dozen times and gotten take out a couple times. The service is usually solid with pretty good specialty cocktails. Wines are good and it has a good happy hour. I wouldn't call it overpriced but I don't think it's inexpensive. I like and will keep coming back.
