Thanks for liking Gunbarrel Tavern and Eatery. We are located in the Heavenly Village, just steps away from the gondola. Gunbarrel Tavern is owned and operated by the same people who brought you 22 Bistro at the Village at Squaw Valley. We are open and ready for you to come in and visit us! Had the bison burger it was not very flavorful and not worth the cost , the kettle chips were slightly overcooked borderline burned. Pale ale beer was on tap and the best part of our meal in my opinion. It a pass for me there are better places in area.

Hair in 2 plates of food. Happy hour drink tasted like mildew. Meat was dry and over seasoned trying to hide the bad flavor. But the service was "ok"

The service isn't great, but the food is above average. Minestrone soup & clam chowder is delicious. Salads we're excellent.

Clowns, wouldnt accept a UK drivers licence as ID on NYE. Beacause I travelled 4000 miles with my dodgy ID wherr I could buy alcohol when I was 18 (which was 20 years ago)

I ordered the minestrone soup. It arrived barely warm, was a very small serving for the $9 price compared to my child’s massive basket of fries and chicken strips and husbands large salad. The soup was supposed to have white beans in it, it did not. I also ordered a strawberry Moscow mule that was awful. Tasted more like a spiked pink Lemonade.
